1 SESSION
$125
This session will be a follow up to your free 30 minute Discovery Call. We will start by reflecting on the discussion we had during the Discovery Call and identifying any areas of your life that you feel are holding you back or causing you dissatisfaction. Once we have identified an area you wish to focus on, we will work together to set specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound (SMART) goals, and the action steps needed for you to use.
6 SESSIONS

This session will be a follow up to your free 30 minute Discovery Call. We will start by reflecting on the discussion we had during the Discovery Call and identifying any areas of your life that you feel are holding you back or causing you dissatisfaction. During our four sessions together, you may decide to choose more than one area in which to focus. Goals will be chosen by you and steps will be created to help you with your goals. Each session allows time to review progress from the previous session, revise or change action steps, and continue forward to achieve success. I am committed to listening and helping you reach your full potential and live a fulfilling and rewarding life.
12 SESSIONS

With this package, you will receive a total of six weeks of coaching sessions following your free 30 minute Discovery Call. This extended time allows for more in-depth exploration, accountability, and support as you navigate the challenges and obstacles in your journey.
